Registration Options for Delegates

 

Package Residental Rate:

Includes conference attendance, en-suite accommodation on Thursday eve (4th) and ALL meals- lunches, conference dinner, breakfast on Friday am, all tea/coffee breaks, wifi

Conference complete rate £155 (student)/£180 (full)

 

NOTE: If an extra night’s accommodation is required before or after you attend the conference, this can be added at a rate of £35/B&B on Weds 3rd September or £32/Room only Friday 5th September. We are sorry but due to factors outside our control, we cannot offer breakfast on Saturday am ONLY. However, there options nearby which we can recommend.

 

Residential accomodation will be in our recently built student dormitories-all rooms are single, en-suite and on campus, approximately 5 minutes walk from our main conference venue. If you prefer to stay off site, you are welcome to make your own arrangements for accomodation and select the day delegate rate. 

 

 

Non-Residential Delegates

Day delegate rate (per day) £45 (student)/£55 (full) 

 

Conference dinner supplement for Day Delegates ONLY £25 (student)/£30 (full) 

 

 

Cancellation Policy:

1. Substitutions or alterations to your booking can be made up to 7 days before the conference in writing-please contact CGSevents@winchester.ac.uk
2. Refunds: A full refund can be made on all cancellations received before 1 August 2014. 50% will be charged for cancellations received between 1 August 2014 until 14 August 2014. After 14 August 2014, no refunds can be issued.
3. Cancellations must be made in writing-please contact CGSevents@winchester.ac.uk

In the unlikely event of conference cancellation the university will refund registration and on-site accomodation fees but accepts no liability for the loss of independently organised associated travel costs.
